I enjoy coming to Blenz for a lovely Iced Chai Latte, lunch, snack and/or dessert, which are all delicious. I like the ambience of being in the middle of a mall, yet still able to have a conversation with the person(s) I am sitting with and can hear everything they are saying. I highly recommend this establishment as a place to spend some well-deserved downtime.
Blenz has the kindest, most inclusive staff. My daughter needs extra time to decide and to chat. They wait patiently and address her directly with respect. Also, they have the best mocha! They use real chocolate.
Workers were very friendly! Especially the girl working registor, exained all the awnsers to my questiom, told me her experience with the drinks shes tried, super sweet! I work in the mall so i go there often.
Absolutely slay service, especially from the lad named Sebastian. Always going above and beyond to ensure the workplace is flowing at a reasonable pace for such a high traffic coffee shop! Kudos to the new owners as well, looking forward to what they will bring!

I patronized a owner / operator coffee shop close to where I live for years, often walking by the Blenz in Woodgrove Mall, wondering whether it was worth stopping in but I never did. About six months ago I dropped in, met Tony the owner and some of his staff. I had a 'Mocochillo' and have not looked back. I am now a daily visitor. Tony and the staff cared enough to now know me by name and know exactly how I like my drinks. Their product is consistent and their service is always caring. Do yourself a favor. While visiting Nanaimo last week I had the immense pleasure of being served by McKayla & Phoenix. They were so personable and friendly. The service was fantastic and the conversation great!! My pumpkin pie latte was delicious!! I can’t wait to go back!!
